Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare for Pickup or Shipment
Carefully disassemble the furniture if necessary and secure it in its original protective packaging to prevent damage during transit back to our clearance center.
Schedule Transportation
Once approved, we will provide instructions for dropping off the item at our warehouse or help you arrange a professional freight pickup for larger oversized pieces.
Inspection and Refund
After our quality control team inspects the returned furniture to ensure it is in resalable condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
